Account Officer Needed At Graphic Communication Group |
Graphic Communication Group are looking for a dynamic and results- oriented individual for the above- mentioned position at our head office to collect and analyse data to ensure that correct payment are made in a timely and efficient manner
KEY ACCOUNTABALITIES
• Preparation and processing of payment vouchers supported by complete and relevant.
• Processing of electronic and manual cheques payments.
• Follow up with bank and resolve any outstanding issues with electronic payments Preparation of monthly returns for VAT, NHIL, withholding tax.
• Reconciliation of receipts and payment in the Enterprise Business Suite Management of head office petty cash and accounting same to the Treasury Controller on a daily basis.
• Ensure all payment vouchers are filed appropriately.
• Cross check invoice to ensure accuracy and all relevant document are intact before processing.
SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• High analytical and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with the use of Enterprise Business Suite in transaction processing.
• Ability to prepare adhoc report must be a team player with a high sense of commitment and honesty
• Must possess good communication skills
• Must be computer literate
Minimum Qualifications
• Good first degree in Accounting or equivalent with two (2) years post qualification.
• HND in Accounting from a recognized tertiary institution with a minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience.
